Hi! I’m Sydney (Syd for short) - the tatted mama of 2 sweet boys, owner of Sunny Hill Homestead & face behind this site. I started this website back in 2019 & it’s transformed about 1000 times from then to now, especially since my shift into the ‘momosphere'. This past winter, we got 4 chicks & have raised them into the sweet hens they are now, laying eggs & bringing us joy each day. That’s where our homestead came to life. You can often find me hanging out with the chickens, in the garden with my boys, or baking fresh loaves of bread in the kitchen; making soaps & candles or reading in my rocking chair with my notorious Snowshoe cat, Jinxy.
